Check-in Procedure
Hi Folks,
The Rally is fast approaching and I thought I would provide everybody with the procedure for checking
into their campsite:
1.) Check-in at the front office. They will have a roster with your screen name, site number,
first and last name, and arrival/departure dates that you gave me. If you have decided to change your departure date (e.g.
decided to stay an extra day), let them know and then let me know once you set up your campsite so we can adjust your remaining
balance.
2.) Set up your campsite and then stroll over to my site and provide me with a check (written to Far Horizons
49er Village) for your remaining balance. I will have shoe box or something set up on my picnic table with an envelope with
your site number and screen name for each of you. The deposit check you sent me (or one I wrote on your behalf if you Paypalled
me) will be in that envelope. You can find your remaining balance by looking at the table below.
I will also have that table printout available in case you forget. 3.) Once I have everyone's balance I will
take all the checks to the front office for a lump sum payment. 49er Village is not processing each campsite payment
at the front office so don't try to pay your balance there. If you have any questions regarding check-in, please e-mail
me . Looking forward to it!

The Gold Rush Rally was a big success! However, since Surfcal couldn't make it, it wouldn't feel right posting
a summary of the rally in his absence. Also, picking any single summary wouldn't do the rally justice.
